Dr. Anthony Fiorilli announces the opening of his new podiatry office, Monmouth Family Foot & Ankle LLC, at 502 Candlewood Commons, Howell. Following graduation from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, Philadelphia, he completed a three-year podiatric surgical residency. Dr. Fiorilli specializes in all aspects of podiatric medicine including sports medicine and wound care, as well as musculoskeletal and nerve surgery of the foot, ankle and lower leg. Daniel J. Messina, Ph.D., senior vice president and chief operating officer at CentraState Healthcare System, Freehold Township, has been awarded a doctoral degree in health sciences/health care leadership from Seton Hall University. Messina has worked in health care for 29 years, including the past four with CentraState. He also has a master of public administration degree in health care administration from Long Island University and C.W. Post College, Greenvale, N.Y. Messina also serves as an adjunct professor in health care administration at Seton Hall University. He is a resident of Staten Island, N.Y.

Business Before Hours, sponsored by the Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, will be hosted this month by Oxford Learning Center, 357 Route 9 south, Manalapan. Since 1984, Oxford Learning Centers have been helping students to absorb and process information by teaching them how to learn. Cheryl Goode of Freehold has been tapped to serve as branch manager of the town’s new branch of OceanFirst Bank. A Freehold native, Goode is a member of the Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce and the Optimist Club of Freehold. She also works on a community housing project and serves as a youth mentor for the YMCA of Western Monmouth county. She joined OceanFirst in 1991 as a teller and later went on to become a customer service representative, after which she was promoted to assistant branch manager at OceanFirst’s Spring Lake office.
