Licata’s vehicle also struck a Harley Davidson motorcycle being operated by Kevin Lawther, 40, of Spring Lake. April Cornelius, 47, of Keyport, was riding as a passenger.

All five people involved in the accident were taken to area hospitals for treatment. Laskiewicz said Cornelius sustained a serious leg injury and was airlifted to a trauma center.
