HOWELL — A 15-year-old boy from Howell was struck and injured by a motor vehicle on July 28.
Police said the incident occurred at 5:57 p.m. on Friendship Road as Matthew Cassano, 20, of Howell, was driving south. Cassano was operating a 2008 Honda Civic.
