Mrs. Croft, 96, of Rumson, died Oct. 9, 2009, following a brief illness. She resided in Westwood and Jackson prior to relocating to Rumson. She was a volunteer at Pascack Valley Hospital, Westwood, and Kimball Hospital, Lakewood. Mrs. Croft was predeceased by her husband, Arthur. She is survived by two sons and daughters in-law, Donald and Janice of Old Bridge, and Walter and Rosemary of Bogota; two daughters, Mary and Elizabeth Croft, both of Rumson; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Cross Church, Rumson. Interment followed at St. Mary’s of the Lake Cemetery Mausoleum, Lakewood. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Cross Church, 30 Ward Ave., Rumson, NJ 07760.
