Weichert receives awards from Community Builders and Remodelers Association of N.J.

Weichert New Homes was recognized with numerous honors at the Community Builders and Remodelers Association of New Jersey’s recent 2012 Awards of Excellence dinner held at the Sheraton Parsippany. Accolades included Sales Manager of the Year, Marketing Executive of the Year and Best Creative Marketing Support for a Special Promotion. Additionally, more than 20 Weichert, Realtors sales associates were added to the New Homes Million Dollar Sales Club for their outstanding sales records. Two new home builders represented by Weichert New Homes also achieved top awards from the Community Builders and Remodelers Association. Severino Homes and Communities received the dual awards of Community of the Year and Best Single-Family Home priced under $500,000 for Kingwood Manor in Kingwood Township. Lipoczky Brothers’ Amalfi model at Twin Brooks Estates in North Brunswick was named Best Single-Family Home of the Year priced from $500,000 to $750,000.

In the Individual Achievement Category, Dave Richardson, regional sales manager for Weichert New Homes, was named Sales Manager of the Year at the Awards of Excellence. Colleen Meloro, the marketing vice president for Weichert New Homes, was named Marketing Executive of the Year. Weichert New Homes also won the Best Creative Marketing Support for Special Promotion award for their Builder’s Blowout Sale at Gateway Townhomes in Union Beach.
