Howell offers summer programs for teens

Registration is being accepted through May 5 for Howell Township’s “Teen Expedition” summer program. The program, a partially supervised program for Howell residents entering grades seven through 12, will begin July 5. Participants may choose from a variety of teen expeditions. All trips will depart from the recreation building. The fee is $100 per child plus the cost of trips. A $50 late fee will be added for registration after May 12.

Registration is also being accepted through May 5 for a “Teen Adventure” summer program for special needs children with limited supervision who are going into grade seven. The fee of $100 includes the cost of trips, but excludes food and beverage. Nonresidents may attend at a cost of $150 each. A $50 late fee will be added for registrations after May 12.
