The award was one of 14 presented to CB New Homes at the 28th annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards Banquet, held March 26 in Atlantic City, reflecting the firm’s diverse work and strong influence in the New Jersey homebuilding industry. The SAM Awards are presented every year by the NJBA to honor the industry’s most creative and successful sales and marketing initiatives, including excellence in residential design and marketing programs within the state of New Jersey.
The “Marketing Strategy” award is one of the highest honors given each year to only a select few firms that have demonstrated excellence across the board in sales and marketing efforts and achievements. CB New Homes’ win represents the first time in the history of the SAM Awards that one organization has received the award for four consecutive years. CB won the award in conjunction with one of its premier clients, Mark Built Homes, for James Place, a new townhome community in Morris Township. In total, James Place received nine SAM awards in a range of categories, including the prestigious “Community of the Year” award and an award for Best Builder/Broker Program.
