The annual 2008 Arc drive of the St. Joseph’s Council No. 3402 was declared a success by its membership this year. Members of the St. Joseph’s Council No. 3402 spent 74 hours collecting for the special citizens of our area and the state. The drive ran April 24-27, when money was donated to go toward this very special cause.
Special thanks must be given to Pathmark and Kmart, which are located on Route 35, Hazlet, and to Stop & Shop, which is also located on Route 35, Keyport. Without their help and support, this would never have happened, and it would be a great loss to our special citizens who can use this money to improve their quality of life.
Also, during these times of high prices and rising fuel costs, the residents, as they have always done, contributed to help the Knights of Columbus to meet their goal of helping them. We thank you!
