Postmaster Crayson Cheung recently hosted an eBay event at the main post office in Freehold. Members of the community were invited to learn how to get the most from eBay and the postal service’s Web site (www.usps.com) – an online source for postal products and services.
More than 30 local residents took advantage of this opportunity to see how to maximize their eBay experience. Retail and marketing specialists from the central New Jersey district were on hand to demonstrate the two sites and explain the natural link between them during three short seminars in the post office lobby.
The online auction, eBay, offers a way to market items and products from your own home and the postal service is there to connect the buyer with the seller.
