Mr. Fischer, 68, of Manchester Township, and formerly of Manalapan, died Feb. 13, 2011, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Fischer was a technical representative for Xerox, Princeton. He was predeceased by his wife, Joanne, in 2007; and a daughter, Stacie, in 1998. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Sean and Kristine of Howell, and Eric and Katy of Jackson; a brother, Robert of Hazlet; two sisters, Linda Shapiro of Bangor, Pa., and Lenore Rodriguez of Jamestown, N.C.; and four grandchildren. A funeral service was held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Manalapan, followed by entombment at St. Gabriel’s Mausoleum, Marlboro.
