OTTO LOROESH, 71, of East Brunswick died March 27 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. FRANK NIGLIO, 67, of Brick, formerly of East Brunswick, died March 29 in the Medical Center of Ocean County, Brick Town section of Brick. A son, Frank Niglio Jr., died in 1999. Surviving are his wife, Lyudmyla; a son, John of Nevada; two daughters, Denise Niglio O’Toole and Michelle Niglio Shimalla, both of East Brunswick; a stepdaughter, Natasha Tymoshenko; two sisters, Rose Marie Meyers of North Brunswick and Joyce Mulvihill of East Brunswick; and two grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia section of Woodbridge.
MARIA MUZYKA SHEBALKO, 85, of South River died April 2 at home. She was predeceased by her first husband, Jacov Muzyka; her second husband, Karpo Shebalko; two daughters, Angalena and Elizabeth Muzyka; and a granddaughter, Lisa Muzyka. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Nicholas and Nancy Muzyka, with whom she lived; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A service is planned for 11 a.m. on April 4 at Saints Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church, South River. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
WILLIAM TOBIAS, 92, of South River died March 27 in Cedar Oaks Care Center, South Plainfield. His wife, Kathryn Sassaman Tobias, died in 1988. Surviving are a daughter, Jill Trzeciak of East Brunswick; a son, William J. Tobias of St. Croix, Virgin Islands; a sister, Olga Theismann of Deerfield Beach, Fla.; and four grandchildren. LEV VISOTSKY, 88, of South River died March 31 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was predeceased by his wife, Pasha Visotsky. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. CHARLES H. HEPPEL, 82, of Old Bridge died March 29 in CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. His wife, Bernice Lowe Heppel, died in 2000. Surviving are two sons, Edward of Old Bridge and Charles E. of East Brunswick; two daughters, Carol Walsh of Manahawkin and Linda Heppel of Old Bridge; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. DOROTHY FRISCHKNECT PRIMKA KERN, 93, of Spotswood, formerly of South Amboy and South River, died April 1 in the Reformed Church Home, Old Bridge. She was predeceased by her first husband, William Primka; her second husband, William Kern; and four daughters, Lois Primka, Betty Csakai, Joyce Sisolak and Gloria Donato. Surviving are two daughters, Clara Whisner of Old Bridge and Joan Thompson of South Amboy; a son, William Primka of Oregon; a brother, Clifford Frischknect; 30 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. LINDA N. ISENEGGER, 80, of the Whiting section of Manchester died March 28 in Carriage House, Whiting. Her husband, Clifford J., died in 1997. Surviving are three sons, C.
