The Lawrence Brook Watershed Partnership (LBWP) will offer a watershed walk beginning at 9 a.m. July 25 in the northern limits of New Jersey’s Pine Barrens aquifer region, the South River Watershed, John A. Phillips County Preserve, at the end of Maple Street, Old Bridge.
Brian Racin, LBWP Nature Walk Committee chairperson, will serve as guide.
Interested individuals should meet at 8:45 a.m. near the playground in the comfort station area in the parking lot at Phillips Preserve. Walkers are urged to cover arms and legs and wear hiking boots.
Insurance fee is $5 per person, $3 for members and children.
