TRENTON Olga Bojko Olshewski, 78, died Wednesday, Aug. 9, at St. Francis Medical Center.
Born in Poland, she came to the United States in 1925 and was a longtime Trenton resident.
She retired in 1975 after several years with the Trenton Board of Education. She had worked at LaCorona cigar factory and Stokley-VanCamp in Trenton.
She enjoyed gardening.
Daughter of the late Michael and Mari Skoropad Bojko and wife of the late Raymond E. Olschewski Sr., she is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Raymond E. Jr. and Lois Olschewski of Ringoes, Michael D. Olshewski of Trenton and Stanley and Denise Olshewski of Lawrenceville; three grandchildren, Raymond E. III, Thomas J. and Kathryn A. Olschewski; two brothers and sisters-in-law, William and Lee Bojko and Donald and Helen Bojko of Trenton; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Pauline Motchnik and Anne and Alex Adamaitis of Trenton; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be 8:15 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, from Winowicz Funeral Home, Adeline and Beatty streets.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. a.m. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 60 Randall Ave., with the Rev. Christian Wojciechowski officiating.
Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Hamilton.
Calling hours will be 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
