Irene Brian, 83, of Kingston, died Saturday, June 21, at home following a brief illness.
Ms. Brian was born on the family farm in Kingston and lived in the area her entire life. She is a retiree of the Princeton University Store.
Her husband, Clark Brian and long-time companion, Harry Hubbard, are deceased. She is survived by her daughter, Carol of Trenton; her grandchildren, Dawn and Michael Mundras of Florence, Joshua and Suzanne Obert of Burlington Township and Jeremiah Obert of Hamilton; her great-granddaughters, Christine and Heather Lahovich; her sisters, Amy Hart of Altamonte Springs, Fla., Katheryn Sculin of PrinceTon and Jeanette Kardys of Charlottesville, Va.; her brothers, Raymond Higgins of Altamonte Springs, Fla., and Josh Higgins of Lawrence Township; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Burial took place at Kingston Cemetery under the direction of the Kimble Funeral Home in Princeton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Visiting Nurse Association Hospice of Mercer County, 171 Jersey Street, P.O. Box 441, Suite 201, Trenton, N.J. 08630.
