TRENTON Edward Thomas Walsh, 55, died Sunday, July 11, at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital.
Born in Elizabeth, he resided in Stockton and Ewing Township most of his life.
He was a mechanical engineer, employed at Princeton Plasma Physics and Western Electric.
He graduated from Trenton Central High School, received two mechanical engineering degrees from Mercer County Community College and attended the University of Arizona.
He built and operated model radio-controlled airplanes. He was a fisherman, golfer, motorcyclist and guitarist.
Son of the late Judge Harry A. and Mary E. Kelly Walsh and brother of the late Robert A. Walsh, he is survived by two brothers and three sisters-in-law, Henry A. and Donna Walsh, Joseph E. and Jean Walsh and Rajani Walsh; a sister and brother-in-law, Maureen V. and James C. Shuster; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held Saturday from Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, Ewing. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at the Church of the Incarnation, Ewing. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.
