Arleen Poinsett Holcombe Moore

   Arleen Poinsett Holcombe Moore of Hopewell Township died at her home on Tuesday.
   Born in Zenda, Kan., she lived most of her life in Lawrence and Hopewell townships.
   She was a former teacher in Hopewell and Lawrence Township.
   Ms. Moore was a member of numerous local, state and national education associations and had been closely associated with the Lawrenceville and Slackwood Presbyterian churches, as well as the Linvale United Methodist Church.
   Daughter of the late George and Ethel Poinsett and sister of the late Ronald, Gordon and Norman, Ms. Moore is survived by her husband of 58 years, Sheldon; a sister, Gloria Brabson; numerous nephews, nieces and great-nieces; a brother-in-law, Richard; and three sisters-in-law, Rose Smith, Dorothy Rawdanowicz and Mary Ann VanHise and their spouses.
   Funeral services will be private at the family’s convenience under the direction of the Blackwell Memorial Home, Pennington.
   A memorial service will be held at the Linvale United Methodist Church, 373 Route 31, Ringoes, on May 7 at 2 p.m.
