Ida Marro

   LAMBERTVILLE — Ida Bush Marro, 88, died Thursday, Jan. 5, at home.
   She was a lifelong resident of Lambertville.
   Mrs. Marro had worked at General Motors during World War II, Lambertville’s Head Start and Meals on Wheels program.
   She was the daughter of the late Peter and Ida Lerch Bush and widow of Alfred J. Marro Sr.
   Surviving are four daughters, Betty Jane Marro of Ridley Park, Pa., Mary Magnone of Blairsville, Pa., and Florence and Marie Marro, both of Lambertville; three sons, Alfred J. Marro Jr., of Tucson, Ariz., Joseph Marro of Williamsburg, Va., and Peter Marro of Lambertville; and two grandchildren, Anthony Marro of Lambertville and Ashley Marro of Williamsburg.
   Funeral services were held Saturday at the Garefino Funeral Home, Lambertville.

Ida Wellenkamp

   Ida Belle "I.B." Hatch Wellenkamp, 82, died Thursday, Jan. 5, after a brief illness at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township.
   She lived in Lambertville for the past four years. Born in Massena, N.Y., she was a resident of upstate New York for most of her life.
   She attended the University of Rochester, receiving bachelor of science degree in nursing. During her nursing career in upstate New York, she worked at Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital and Syracuse Memorial Hospital and as an administrative nurse at several Rochester nursing homes, retiring in her 70s.
   She was the widow of David Wellenkamp.
   Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law, Janice and Robert McCurdy of Lambertville, Karen and Armond Bagdasarian of West Hollywood, Calif., and Patricia and Peter Heller of Somerville, Mass; her brother, Wistar Hatch of Tully, N.Y.; and two grandchildren, Sarah and Andrew McCurdy.
   Memorial services were held Sunday at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville.

Lynn Williamson

   NORTH BAY WILLAGE, Fla. — Lynn Marie Williamson, 44, died in Easton, Pa., Dec. 31.
   Born in Doylestown, she had been a resident of the New Hope and Lambertville area most of her life.
   She was a graduate of New Hope-Solebury High School.
   She had worked for Lipton Tea in Raritan Township for 16 years.
   Daughter of the late Kenneth Williamson, she is survived by a son, Patrick Lavoie of Easton; her mother, Elizabeth Williamson of Lambertville; two brothers, Kevin Williamson of Pennington and Michael Bowlby; and three nieces.
   Funeral services were held Saturday from the Blackwell Memorial Home, Pennington. Burial was private.

Henry Prutzaman

   Henry Prutzaman, who was born in Lambertville, died Dec. 31.
   He was the son of Ann Kerekes and brother of Michael, Arthur and Debra.
   Services were private and under the direction of the Garzone Funeral Home, Philadelphia.
Gilbert Hancock

   HAMILTON SQUARE — Gilbert W. "Gil" Hancock, 59, died Tuesday, Jan. 3, at home.
   Born in Lambertville, he was raised in West Trenton and resided in Hamilton Square for the last three years.
   Mr. Hancock was the former owner of Ivy Manor in Princeton and was employed for many years at Regent Floor Covering in Pennington.
   He was a Navy fighter pilot in the Vietnam War.
   Son of the late William R. and Eileen M. Hancock, he is survived by his wife, Colleen Buckley Hancock of Hamilton Square; three sons, Sean Hancock of Arizona, Craig Hancock and his fiancée, Amy Mummert of Delaware, and Jeffrey and Sara Hancock of Rhode Island; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Beth and Paul Jablowski of Manahawkin, Denise and John Kunesh of Red River, N.M., and Eileen Brown of Surf City; his aunt, Elizabeth Yard of Princeton; several nieces and nephews; and his former wife, Janice Scalzo of Lawrenceville.
   Service were held Saturday at the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, Princeton. Deacon Dennis Slavin from Our Lady of Sorrows, St. Anthony’s Church officiated.

Mary Skirchak

   YARDLEY, Pa. — Mary Klak Skirchak, 80, died Friday, Jan. 6, at Compassionate Care Hospice, Trenton.
   Born in Mahanoy Plane, Pa., she lived most of her life in Hamilton Township before moving to Yardley in 1988.
   She retired in 1990 after 25 years with the General Motors Fisher Inland Guide Plant in Ewing Township. She was a member of the General Motors Retirees Group.
   She was the daughter of the late Franciszek and Anna Solecka Klak, widow of Theodore Skirchak and sister of the late Joseph, Michael, Stanley and Louis Klak.
   Surviving are two daughters and one son-in-law, Marcia Ann Skirchak of New Hope and DonnaMarie and Jay Padulchick of Hamilton; a son, Joe Skirchak of Lambertville; her grandson, Thomas Theodore Padulchick; her brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Dorothy Klak of Zephyr Hills, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.
   The funeral was held Tuesday from the Winowicz Funeral Chapel, North Trenton. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Hedwig’s Church with Father Jacek Labinski presiding. Burial was in the Garden of Time, Princeton Memorial Park, Washington Township.
