Stop the persecution of this poor family and this obviously wonderful, loving animal. Humans have been trained to ignore personal responsibility for their actions.
Why not fine these “day-workers” for trespassing when they were told to stay out, force them to learn English because the next homeowner might not speak Spanish, and pay damages for the valuable puppies they attacked with their rakes.
