Timothy Eldridge, 49, of Etra Road, was charged March 18 with simple assault and harassment.
Police said they responded to a 9-1-1 call at 10:11 a.m. on the 100 block of Etra Road. Police said a female victim said Mr. Eldridge pushed her into a wall and ripped a phone from the wall and smashed it.
Mr. Eldridge also was found to have a $3,233 warrant from Hightstown, a $2,500 warrant from Tinton Falls and a $383 warrant from the Howell Municipal Court.
Joel Ortiz, 24, of Plainsboro, was charged March 18 with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said officers stopped Mr. Ortiz at 7:09 p.m. on Ward Street for failing to inspect his vehicle. Police said that during the stop a search by the borough’s K-9 revealed a tin foil bowl with marijuana residue in it inside a sweatshirt pocket.
Andrew Alorza, 24, of East Windsor, was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated.
Police said officers pulled Mr. Alorza over at 3 a.m. on Summit Street after seeing him driving on Mercer Street at 58 mph in a 45-mph zone. He was found to have a warrant from Hightstown for $310.
He also was charged with refusal to submit breath samples, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving and contempt of court.
Borough police took custody of Milton Panama, 22, of Deerfield Apartments, from East Windsor Police at 2:21 a.m. March 18. Mr. Panama had an active criminal warrant from Hightstown Municipal Court $500, and an active warrant from Robbinsville for $114, police said.
Borough police took custody of Jesus Martinez-Garcia, 31, of East Windsor, at 6:55 a.m. March 19. Mr. Martinez-Garcia had an active warrant from Hightstown for $250, police said.
Borough police took custody of Joel Davon Flowers, 19, of Trenton, from Plainsboro police at 9:16 a.m. Sunday. Mr. Flowers had an active traffic warrant from Hightstown for $195, police said.
