DREXEL HILL: Two Bordentown Regional High School students win performing arts awards

   DREXEL HILL — May 5, two local students were honored at the Greater Philadelphia Area Cappie Award Gala, held at the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center in Pennsylvania.
   Bordentown Regional High School sophomore Kaitlyn Anthony was awarded the 2013 Cappie Award for outstanding dancer for her role as Lucille Early in “No No Nanette.”
   Senior Matt Luyber won the 2013 Cappie Spirit Award — honoring his dedication to theatre.
   The national event honored high school theatre productions from the 2012-2013 season.
   Bordentown’s spring production of “No No Nanette” was nominated for four awards. Senior Hope Leonard; juniors Matt Dalton and Andy Jones; and sophomore Emily Palang were also nominated.
