Robbinsville
Police arrested Britany Farley, 27 of Ewing, charging her with burglary and theft May 2. The arrest occurred after police responded to a report of a suspicious person entering a residence on East Bridge Drive. Upon arrival, patrol observed the accused exiting the front door of the residence. The subsequent investigation revealed Ms. Farley was in possession of stolen property.
Police did not provide an estimated value of the items removed. Further investigation revealed the accused was responsible for an additional burglary the same day on Eldridge Drive. Police lauded a neighbor who contacted the police department and encourages residents to contact police to report any an all suspicious activity. Police further urged residents to secure all doors and windows to their homes in addition activating alarm systems.
The accused was subsequently released from police custody pending a court date.
