SENIOR MENUS

Sept. 11-18

All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Sept. 11 — Italian wedding soup, chicken fricassee, mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach, deluxe fruit salad, six-grain bread, lime gelatin with topping. Bring a friend to lunch.
Sept. 12 — Blended juice, stuffed flounder, oven fried potatoes, stewed tomatoes, creamy coleslaw, rye bread, rice pudding. Cards.
Sept. 13 — Orange juice, turkey salad, Kaiser roll, lettuce and tomato, fresh fruit, cheese Danish, milk.
Sept. 14 — Cranapple juice, hoagie (turkey, salami), lettuce and tomato, pepper cabbage, applesauce, black and white cookie, milk.
Sept. 15 — Lentil soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, whipped potatoes, seasoned succotash, cucumber/onion salad, biscuit, banana. Bring a friend to lunch.
Sept. 16 — Beef noodle soup, stuffed cabbage roll, white rice, mixed vegetables, sunshine salad, wheat roll, fresh melon. Board games.
Sept. 17 — Navy bean soup, beef teriyaki, fried rice, veggie stir fry, Mandarin oranges, six-grain bread, frozen yogurt cup. Puzzle day.
Sept. 18 — Blended juice, Italian sweet sausage, ziti marinara, sautéed broccoli rabe, mixed greens, Italian roll, cream puff. Bring and brag.
