PLAINSBORO POLICE BLOTTER: July 17

Tan N. Phan, 52, of Somerset, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and speeding after he was stopped for traveling 81 miles per hour in a 55-miles-per-hour zone on Route 1 at 3:20 a.m. July 12. 
Lucinda Antonetti, 42, of Dayton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of New Brunswick at 12:55 p.m. July 12 after police responded to the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro on the report of a disturbance. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that she had an outstanding warrant. 
Joanne Heller-Saunders, 54, of Ravens Crest Drive, was arrested on outstanding warrants from Union County following a motor vehicle stop on Scudders Mill Road at 3:40 a.m. July 8. She was also issued 11 traffic summonses for violations including failure to drive in the right lane when not passing, expired inspection, expired registration, obstructed windshield, driving while her license was suspended, and failure to exhibit insurance and registration cards. 
 Vandals damaged materials at a construction site on Hampshire Drive sometime between 3 p.m. July 1 and 8:30 a.m. July 6 by pouring glue, throwing paint and spraying fire extinguishers throughout the construction site onto the contractors’ supplies, causing $700 worth of damage. 
 Saorabh Gandhi, 37, of Clifton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Sayreville Municipal Court at 3:13 a.m. July 5 after police stopped to check on his disabled 2014 Sprinter van on the shoulder of Route 1. 
Eva Varbelow, 40, of Ravens Crest Drive, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Plainsboro Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Ravens Crest Drive at 10:34 p.m. July 5. 
