Three real estate apps to try

Looking to buy a home? Download one of these apps to browse home in between meetings with your agent

HOMESNAP

This mobile app allows users to take and send photos of MLS real estate listings. Users can snap a photo of a home to find out more information, or even take a virtual look inside listed homes. This buyer-friendly app makes sharing listings with family, friends or agents fast and easy. (iOS and Android, Free)

REDFIN

Redfin’s mobile app is powered by the Multiple Listings Service, so the information you search is accurate and up-to-date. Users can get notifications when new homes come on the market and request a tour of an open home in-person with an agent. The app saves your favorite listings and notes, and it can also keep track of your home tour schedule for you. (iOS and Android, Free)

DOORSTEPS SWIPE

This mobile app — powered by realtor.com — allows users to quickly search thousands of homes by location. As you browse homes, you can either swipe to continue to the next listing, get more information on a particular home, or “like” the home to be saved to your list, which is organized by location. The app also tracks and reports your preferences when it comes to home amenities or features. (iOS, Free)
