Stanley A. “Red” Domzal
Mr. Domzal, 76, of Sayreville, died Nov. 3 in New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home at Menlo Park, Edison. Prior to his retirement, he was a supervisor at DuPont Photo Products, Parlin section of Sayreville, where he worked for 38 years. His wife, Edna Szkodny Domzal, died in 2002. Surviving are a son, David M. Domzal of Sayreville, and several nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Sayreville. Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Parlin. Mae Battaglia Quilantang
Mrs. Quilantang, 83, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died Oct. 28 in Brierwood Care Center, Sayreville. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a senior companion at Foster Grandparents of Woodbridge Developmental Center. Her husband, Claro M. Quilantang, died in 1986. Surviving are two daughters, Agnes Acosta of Parlin and Lorada Newman of Staten Island, N.Y.; a sister, Josephine Campo of Staten Island; four granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at Our Lady of Victories Church, Sayreville. Interment was in New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
Victoria A. Walko
Mrs. Walko, 35, of Woodbridge, died Nov. 8 at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital, New York City. Born in Perth Amboy, she had lived in Old Bridge and South Amboy before moving to Woodbridge two years ago. Surviving are her mother, Barbara Meisch, of the Parlin section of Sayreville; her father, John Walko Sr., of Swiftwater, Pa.; and a brother, John Walko Jr., also of Swiftwater. Services were held at Gundrum Service Home for Funerals, South Amboy, followed by interment at Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy.
Gary M. Sabo
Mr. Sabo, 38, of Old Bridge, died Nov. 1 in Old Bridge. He was employed by as a carpenter with Union Local No. 1006, Woodbridge. Surviving are his wife, Helena S. Pataky Sabo; two sons, Matthew and Andrew; his parents, Elaine and Charles Sabo of Manchester; a brother, Gregory Sabo of Jackson; his grandmother, Betty Sabo of the Port Reading section of Woodbridge; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A Mass was offered at Most Holy Redeemer Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
