The Wellness Education Foundation, East Brunswick, will sponsor a free community lecture on fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome beginning at 7:30 p.m. on March 10 at Borders Books and Music, MidState Mall, Route 18, East Brunswick.
James M. Lynch Jr., M.D., will discuss drug-free treatment options for the disorders.
Topics will include symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, depression, muscle pain, sleep disturbances, allergies, abnormally cold hands or feet, nervousness, digestive disturbances, impaired memory, sensitivity to weather or temperature changes and/or impaired concentration.
Registration is required. Seating is limited to the first 25 callers.
