The Ballet Stars of Moscow take center stage on Nov. 16 at 8 p.m., at the Count Basie Theatre, Monmouth Street, Red Bank. Under the direction of Shamil Yagudin, currently the ballet master of the Bolshoi Ballet in Moscow, the company features soloists from Moscow’s leading companies including The Bolshoi Ballet, Moscow Classical Ballet and Stanislavsky Theatre Ballet.
The program will be selected from the classical Russian repertoire, including "Sleeping Beauty," "The Flames of Paris," "Pas de Quatre," "Le Corsaire," and several contemporary ballets choreographed in the classical style.
The two-hour program will present several pas de deux and solos as well as group works.
