SOTHEBY’S EXPANDS ‘DOMAIN’ PUBLICATION
Just two years after launching Sotheby’s Domain, its 85,000 circulation, custom-published magazine, Sotheby’s International Realty has modified the publication’s content and increased its frequency based on the results of a reader survey conducted in 2000.
While still showcasing fine homes and architecture, as well as trends in design, lifestyle and furnishings, Domain’s editorial features now focus on SIR’s people and properties.
N.T. Callaway Real Estate is the exclusive affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty for Mercer, Hunterdon and Bucks counties, and has been associated with the global marketing arm of Sotheby’s Holding Company since 1976. The magazine gives Callaway a national venue for their Sotheby’s co-listings.

COLDWELL BANKER RAISES SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Princeton Junction office, recently participated in the West Windsor-Plainsboro High School Flea Market to raise money toward the 2002 Coldwell Banker Scholarship Fund. The real estate office donated items to be sold and also collected items from friends, neighbors and clients. This was the fifth year Coldwell Banker participated in the high school flea market.
Mary Weaver and Maggie Amira, sales associates in the Princeton Junction office, were chairpersons for the event. "This year, many sales associates de-cluttered their homes to find things to sell. This was a good cause and enabled us to participate in a community event," said Ms. Weaver. "It was great to see many of our friends, neighbors and clients," added Ms. Amira. "They were pleased that 100 percent of money raised would be going toward the scholarships."
Other participants in the flea market were sales associates Josie Rost, Theresa Moore, Suzanne Grant, Kathy Terzian; Alice Schoemann, manager; and Peggy Brennan, whose clients donated the entire contents on their condo to the flea market. Rocky Balsamo helped by making his truck available for the week. Agents loaded the truck all week and on the morning of the flea market, Mr. Balsamo drove the truck to the high school parking lot.
In June, the office presented scholarships to graduating seniors of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School and East Windsor Regional High School. The Coldwell banker office has been presenting scholarships to local high school seniors for more than 15 years. "By actively supporting the Coldwell Banker scholarship Fund, we are giving back to communities where we live and work," said Ms. Schoemann. "Whenever we can, we support local activities that benefit the youth of our communities."
WEIDEL REALTORS HOSTS ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE
The Realtors at Weidel Realtors West Windsor office have officially kicked off their fifth annual fall food drive. The drive will run through Oct. 31. Food is donated to Mercer Street Friends for distribution to needy families and individuals throughout the Mercer County area.
Last years’ drive was tremendously successful thanks to the generosity of the West Windsor residents and the hard work of our agents and staff. We are looking forward to another great drive this year" said West Windsor manager Anne Butler.
Weidel agents will be collecting non-perishable food items throughout the community. Notification will be mailed as to the time and date of the pick-up in each neighborhood. There is also a donation bin located outside the West Windsor Weidel office in the Southfield shopping center (located next door to McCaffreys’ super market).
This year’s event will again be coordinated by sales agent Diane Ozarowski and Stephanie Whalen.
