DOROTHY I. BOSSONG WHITE FREH, 89, of North Brunswick died Jan. 3 at Bridgeway Care Center, Bridgewater. Born in New Brunswick, she resided in Sayreville and New York City prior to moving to North Brunswick in 1998. She was a member of the Sayreville Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Thomas C. White of Deland, Fla., her daughter, Judith A. Potts of North Brunswick; her brother, Arthur Bossong of Sayreville; and three grandchildren, Melanie Bychkowski, Michele Vail and Karin Cassell. A memorial service was offered at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, East Brunswick. Memorial donations may be made to the National Parkinson’s Foundation, 1501 N.W. MILDRED "MILLIE" BUNDY BOSENBERG, 76, of North Brunswick died Jan. 5 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in McComb, Miss., she resided there until moving to North Brunswick in 1945. She was a retired bookkeeper for Peoples National Bank, New Brunswick. Prior to that, she was chairwoman of the USO, Pascagoula, Miss. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of New Brunswick, where she played in its handbell choir. Her activities included serving as president of the Livingston Park School PTA, North Brunswick; and membership in the Order of the Eastern Star, Ruth Chapter No. 12. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Francis Bundy Jr. She is survived by her husband, Carl O. Bosenberg of North Brunswick; her son, Robert H. Bosenberg of Slidell, La.; her daughter, Martha L.B. Decker of North Brunswick; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be Jan. 11 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Quackenboss Funeral Home, New Brunswick. A memorial service will be offered Jan. 12 at 1 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church of New Brunswick. CARL CHUPKA, 61, of South River died Jan. 2 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 1980, he was a photographer for Arnold’s Studio, South River, for 16 years. Surviving are his mother, Hedwig "Jeanie" Koznetski Chupka of South River; and a sister, Joan Chupka, also of South River. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Dallas, Pa. Memorial contributions may be made to the South River Rescue Squad, 6 Thomas St., South River, NJ 08882.

HELENE DiFRANCESCO, 45, of Spotswood died Dec. 30 in Cranbury Center Nursing Home, Monroe. Surviving are a son, Andrew of Monroe; her father, Angelo of Spotswood; two brothers, Edward of Spotswood and Domenic of Demarest; a sister-in-law, Carol of Monroe; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Cremation was private. Memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund for Andrew DiFrancesco.

JOSEPH MICHAEL GUMINO, 70, of Melbourne, Fla., formerly of Spotswood, died Dec. 28 in Melbourne. Surviving are his wife, Stella Krempecki Gumino; two sons, Michael of Newtown, Pa., and Joseph of Marshall, Va.; and two grandsons. A memorial Mass will be held at a date to be announced. Arrangements were under the direction of Davis Funeral Home, Melbourne.

GERARD J. STEENVOORDEN, 66, of West Windsor, formerly of East Brunswick, died Jan. 5 at home. Surviving are his wife, Sally A. Smith Steenvoorden; two sons, Jacob A. of East Brunswick and Lawrence J. of Langhorne, Pa.; three daughters, Ann M. Lynch of Durham, N.C., Patricia Thorpe of Bear, Del., and Geraldine Myers of Voorhees; two brothers, Kees and Frans of Holland; four sisters, Ineke Lieverse, Cock Milikan and Nel Rijnsburger, all of Holland, and Bep Assendelft of Florida; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Bartholomew Church, East Brunswick. Interment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
