Project Graduation sets

Jan. 27 ‘Night of Fun’

Spotswood High School Project Graduation 2002 will sponsor a "Night of Fun" beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 27 at the Stress Factory, New Brunswick.

The event will feature dinner, a comedy show at 7 p.m., gift basket raffles and 50/50s.

Women’s American ORT

slates Jan. 23 meeting

The Greater Monroe Chapter of Women’s American ORT, Green-briar/Whittingham, will hold its next meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 23 at Monroe Township High School, Perrineville Road.

An aesthetician will teach participants how to melt their wrinkles away during the winter months. Refreshments will be served.

The East Brunswick Public Library board of trustees has rescheduled its February meeting from Feb. 19 to Feb. 26 in the library director’s office, Jean Walling Civic Center.

Blood donors can win

The New Brunswick Affiliated Blood Center will host a blood drive from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 22 in St. Peter’s University Hospital conference center, 254 Easton Ave., New Brunswick.

All donors will receive thank-you gifts and be entered into a drawing to win brunch at the Cambridge Inn, Spotswood.

St. Thomas School sets

open house, registration

St. Thomas the Apostle School, Route 18 south, Old Bridge, will sponsor an open house after the 12:30 p.m. Mass on Jan. 27.

Registration will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 6 for in-school families, and 6-8 p.m. on Feb. 7 and 8:30-10:30 a.m. on Feb. 8 for new families.
