ANN GABOFF, 67, of Manalapan died Jan. 12 at home after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to Manalapan 35 years ago. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Carl; three daughters and sons-in-law, Janet and Ken Leota of Howell, Debra and Lenny Vovk of the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, and Brenda and Edwin Reyes of Manalapan; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Alan and Sharon of Millstone, David of Manalapan and Paul of Jackson; two sisters, Marie Miller and Tissie Sorrentino; and 16 grandchildren. The funeral service was officiated by Rabbi Ira Rothstein. Memorial donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey, 1034 Salem Road, Union 07083.

LILLIAN R. FAIRBANKS, 85, of the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick died Jan. 15 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Born in Newark, she lived in Kenilworth and Florida prior to moving to Kendall Park in 1966. She was a retired time keeper for Westinghouse, Kearny, for 20 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Carlton Fairbanks, in 1984; her brother, Harry Wilde; and two sisters, Florence Mae Keller and Hazel Menzel. She is survived by two nieces, Nancy Fusco and Debra Baiano; and a nephew, Harry Wilde.

EMILY CHILLEMI BENNON, 87, of East Brunswick died Jan. 12 in Park Place Center, South Brunswick. Her husband, Gerald "Jack" Bennon, died in 1983. Surviving are a daughter, Phyllis Shannon of East Brunswick; two sisters, Teresa Fischetti of Maplewood and Rose Travisano of Gainesville, Fla.; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Bartholomew’s Church, East Brunswick. Cremation was private. LAWRENCE N. CSORDAS, 64, of South River died Jan. 9 at home. Surviving are his mother, Helen Csordas of South River; two brothers, Eugene of Manalapan and Thomas of South River; and a niece and two nephews. Services were held at Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick.

ANNA IRENA LECH CZARNECKA, 73, of East Brunswick died Jan. 12 at home. Her husband, Josef, died in 1970. Surviving are a son, Dariusz Czarnecki of East Brunswick; a daughter, Edyta Czarnecka Galoska of Warsaw, Poland; and two grandsons. A Mass was offered at Holy Trinity Church, Helmetta. SEYMOUR FINKLESTEIN, 70, of East Brunswick died Jan. 7 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 1992, he was the owner of The Flavor Factory, East Brunswick, for 12 years. Surviving are his wife, Honora Kotin Finklestein; two sons, Alan Finklestein of Jackson and Ira Finklestein of Randolph; a daughter, Randi Finklestein of East Brunswick; two brothers, Meyer Finklestein of Brockton, Mass., and Herman Finklestein of Coconut Creek, Fla.; and six grandchildren. BARBARA HOLLFELDER, 103, of South River died Jan. 10 in McCarrick Care Center, Somerset section of Franklin. She retired in 1954 from Ordnance Ammunition Command, Raritan, where she served as chief of the accounting and statistics section of the National Control Point for Conventional Ammunition. Surviving are two sisters, Sister Theresa Hollfelder of the Maryknoll Order and Claire Hollfelder of South River. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery, Parlin section of Sayreville.

HELEN GRAHAM KELLY, 87, of Spotswood died Jan. 10 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Her husband, Peter Kelly, died in 1969. Surviving are a son, James Kelly of East Hampton, N.Y.; two daughters, Maureen Smith of Summerville, S.C., and Elizabeth "Betty" Lonegan of Spotswood; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood. Interment was in Union Cemetery, Sayville, N.Y.
