School board forumwill be televised

The School Board Candidates’ Forum will be broadcast on local cable TV up until the school board election April 16

   The School Board Candidate’s Forum held Wednesday night by the Hopewell Valley League of Women Voters is being broadcast on local cable TV up until the school board election Tuesday, April 16.
   Hopewell Borough and Pennington, Channel 81 -April. 8 (Monday), 4:30 p.m.; April 12 (Friday), 9:30 p.m.; April 15 (Monday), 4:30 p.m.
   Hopewell Township, Channel 9 – April 7 (Sunday), 7 p.m.; April 8 (Monday), 6 p.m.; April 9 (Tuesday), 7 p.m.; April 10 (Wednesday), 8 p.m.; April 11 (Thursday), 8:30 p.m.; April 14 (Sunday), 8 p.m.; and April 15 (Monday), 6 p.m. Additional broadcasts may be scheduled on Channel 9.
   Five candidates from Hopewell Township are running for four seats on the regional school board that represents the Hopewell Township, Pennington and Hopewell boroughs. There are no Pennington or Hopewell Borough seats up for election this year.
   All Hopewell Valley voters also will vote on the school board’s 2002-2003 budget at the April 16 election.
