RARITAN Joseph Patrick Miceli Sr. died Friday, April 12, at home. He was 71.
He was born in Whitehouse and lived in Manville before moving to Raritan five years ago.
Mr. Miceli retired in 1992 as a machinist for Raider Tool Co. of Branchburg.
He was a pilot for many years having owned his own planes and flew out of both Solberg and Kupper airports.
Surviving are his wife Mary Ann (Mitchel) Miceli; a son, Joseph P. Miceli Jr. of Manville; four daughters, Ellen Reviello of Manville, Arlene McHugh and Linda Gulick both of Raritan and Kathleen Miceli of Philadelphia; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Funeral services were April 16, from the Fucillo and Warren Funeral Home, Manville, followed by a private cremation. Mr. Miceli’s remains will be interred in St. Bernards Cemetery in Bridgewater at a later date.
