   Gregory A. Dmuchowski, 48, of Bridgewater was charged with DWI and possession of controlled dangerous substance at 1:23 a.m. April 13.
   Mr. Dmuchowski was pulled over in his 1993 Mercury Sable while traveling on North Main Street. Police said they found a film container with what appeared to be small amounts of hashish and marijuana and as well as a small pipe.
   Mr. Dmuchowski also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia in a motor vehicle, and driving an unregistered vehicle.
   He was processed, charge and released on own recognizance pending a municipal court appearance.
   
Cheryl E. Jablonski, 31, of Bridgewater was charged with shoplifting at Wal-Mart at 6:05 p.m. April 10, according to the police.
   Wal-Mart security informed the police that Ms. Jablonski was caught attempting to steal $85.25 worth of merchandise, the police said.
   Ms. Jablonski also faced warrants out of Newark and Plainfield, and her bail was set at $1,500 cash.
   Ms. Jablonski was turned over to the Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail.
   
Three Cool-O-Matic vans were vandalized and equipment in them was on April 10, the police said.
   At 6:46 a.m., police were notified that three vans had windows broken between 4:30 and 6:30 a.m. at the North Main Street business.
   Drills, bits and batteries worth an estimated $500 were stolen.
   The police are investigating.
   
Rose A. Cadet, 25, of Roselle was charged with criminal mischief in an April 8 incident on Bridge Street, according to police.
   At approximately 10:15 p.m., Ms. Cadet had flattened all four tires and scratched the hood of a car belonging to a Bridge Street resident, the police said. The damages were estimated at $900.
   Ms. Cadet was turned over to Somerset County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.
