HIGHTSTOWN Ralph Godney, 79, died Wednesday at home.
Born in Jamesburg, he was a lifelong Hightstown resident.
He retired from American Cyanamid Corp. in 1991 and enjoyed gardening.
Son of the late John and Anastasia Godney, he is survived by his wife, Mary Godney; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lauren and Edward Bolar of Raleigh, N.C., and Teresa and Steven Haines of Collegeville, Pa.; three sisters, Alice Konash of Trenton, Mildred Dlugokeck of Florida and Katherine Spring of Michigan; three grandchildren, Leighton and Ashton Bolar and Zachery Haines; and nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was Saturday at Pennington Cemetery.
