A. Frederick Rohlfs Jr.

   A. Frederick Rohlfs Jr., 64, died Tuesday, May 21, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
   Born in Lancaster, Pa., he was raised in Pittsfield, Mass., and resided in North Brunswick before moving to Monroe three years ago.
   He worked as a consulting actuary for Buck Consultants, Inc. in Secaucus for 17 years before retiring in 1995. He was a member of the Society of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries.
   Surviving are his wife, Sandra Boldyga Rohlfs; three daughters, Kathy Moore of Freehold, Sharon Hazy of Pittsburgh and Christine Schubert of New York City; one son, David Rohlfs of Woodbridge; his father, Albert F. Rohlfs Sr. of Lenox, Mass.; six grandchildren; two sisters, Judith Rohlfs of Tolland, Conn., and Linda Rohlfs of Vernon, Conn., and three brothers, Robert Rohlfs of Westford, Mass., Harry Rohlfs of East Long Meadow, Mass., , and James Rohlfs of Catonsville, Md.
   Funeral services will be 9:15 a.m. Saturday from Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Burial will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Pittsfield. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Friday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
