Obituaries Dorothy Punk

Mrs. Punk, 75, of Imlaystown died Sept. 20 at home. Born and raised in Elizabeth, she lived there until moving to Upper Freehold Township in 1950. A graduate of Battin High School, Elizabeth, she worked for Bell Telephone. She was a member of St. John’s Church, Allentown. Predeceased by a daughter, Dorothy Joan Punk, and a son, Albert Michael Punk, she is survived by her husband of 53 years, Albert Punk; a son, John S. Punk of Cream Ridge; two sisters, Anna Ritter of Cranbury and Marie Peterla of Columbus; and four grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. John’s Church. Cremation was private, with the Peppler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3076 Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville 08648.
