Caroline McCarron has joined the team of Realtor associates at Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate of Manalapan. McCarron is a licensed Realtor with more than 15 years of experience in the Monmouth County area, and has earned the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and certified corporate relocation specialist. She is a member of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors and the Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listing Service.

ERA Advantage Realtors has announced the top producers in the Manalapan office for the month of December. They are Michele Neidle, Jim Helms and Larry Conti.

The top achievers for December at the Freehold office are Ivy B. Jacot, Kathleen Hobbs and Angela Lang.

In the Marlboro office, the top producers are Jane Joseph, Cynthia Albujar and Gwendolyn Brunie.

Century 21 Mack-Morris Iris Lurie Realtors, Marlboro, announced its top sales associates for 2003 at company’s the annual awards dinner held at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge. They are: Sharon Marks, Garry A. Klein, Gloria Bernstein, Christine Lundberg, the team of Florence and Steven Cataneo, Marcia Sokol, Fran Krumholz, Martin Cole, Marcy Leder and Jeffrey Ozinitsky.

Awards were also given to those sales associates who sold the most properties listed by other agencies. Christine Lundberg had the highest number of sales, followed by Martin Cole and Marcia Sokal. Jodiann Garone received a special award for her outstanding achievement in sales for 2003.

In addition to receiving awards, Iris Lurie also presented the following nine sales associates with their itineraries and travel documents for a one-week vacation at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino: Sharon Marks, Garry Klein, Gloria Bernstein, Christine Lundberg, the team of Florence and Steven Cataneo, Marcia Sokal, Fran Krumholz, Martin Cole and Marcy Leder.

Iris Lurie also announced that Century 21 Mack-Morris Iris Lurie would soon be moving into its new Century 21 Building, located on Route 9 south just north of Route 520 in Marlboro.

The Leadership Shore program of the Brookdale and Monmouth-Ocean Development Council, Lincroft, recently held graduation for its class of 2003.

Area graduates are Fatima Potente, Hazlet, from the Hispanic Affairs & Resource Center, Howell; and Tricia Rumola, Middletown, from Red Bank RiverCenter.

Students are from civic, public, private, for-profit and nonprofit organizations and businesses. The program began in 1996 to tap leadership potential in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
