Two sales associates in the Weichert, Realtors’ East Brunswick office were recognized with regional awards in the month of May.

The region is made up of 19 offices throughout Ocean, Monmouth and Middlesex counties.

Donna Warters led the region in the categories of resale listings, resale marketed listings, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume. A member of Weichert’s Sales Club and Marketed Club, Warters qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the platinum level. In addition, she earned membership in Weichert’s President’s Club, recognizing her in the top 1 percent of the company’s 11,000 sales associates.

Cristina Lacerda led the region in resales. A member of Weichert’s Sales Club, Lacerda qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the gold level. In addition, she earned membership in Weichert’s President’s Club, recognizing her in the top 2 percent of the company’s 11,000 sales associates.

The East Brunswick office led the region in the categories of resale listings, resales, resale marketed listings, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume.

Several sales associates in the Weichert, Realtors’ East Brunswick office recently were recognized for achieving goals in the month of June.

Berkha Kishnani, Lisa Muranelli, Hector Burak, Kirsten Gordanier, Colleen Avalone, Benet Castro, Joan Golden, Karen Ruffner, Raymond Mule, Reina Laffont, Jean Henry and Chen Hwa Yang earned membership to the 500 Club for reaching a minimum of $500,000 in sales in the month.

Milagros Padron, Manuela Linares, Keri Zoumas, Faye Mory, Tunde Toth Gelber, Hyeon Kim, Mary Merullo and Cristina Lacerda earned membership in the Elite Club for reaching a minimum of $1 million in sales for the month.

Joseph A. Marascio and Donna Warters earned membership in the Top Producer’s Club for reaching a minimum of $2 million in sales in the month.

Bonamici, Colletti, P.C., the Spotswood certified public accounting firm, will sponsor the Middlesex County Fair’s charity challenge event this year, for the fourth consecutive year.

The fair will be held Aug. 2-8 at the fairgrounds, Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.

To be eligible to take part in the event, a charity must have a federal tax exemption and operate in Middlesex County. Each participating charity will receive a water jug with its name on it (and information, if desired), which will be placed in the challenge arena. During fair week, visitors are encouraged to donate to the jugs, and the charity with the highest amount will receive an additional $500 donation from Bonamici, Colletti.

WithumSmith & Brown (WS&B), New Brunswick, has announced the promotion of Taryn Bostjancic and Maureen DeCicco from managers to senior managers. Both are residents of the Dayton section of South Brunswick and based in the New Brunswick office. Bostjancic received her bachelor’s degree in accounting at The College of New Jersey, Ewing. DeCicco received her bachelor’s degree in accounting at William Paterson University, Wayne.

She is also a member of the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce. WS&B has offices in Prince­ton, Red Bank, New Brunswick, Liv­ingston, Toms River and Flemington; and Newtown, Pa.
