Plainsboro library sets holiday sale

PLAINSBORO — The Plainsboro Public Library is holding a holiday shopping benefit sale, featuring date books, book bags, hand-painted bookmarks and books donated to the library.
The holiday shopping sale will also include two publications by Bill Hart, which feature postcards of Plainsboro and explore the history of the Lenape in the township.
The book sale will end on Dec. 18, when, from 1 to 5 p.m., shoppers will be allowed to purchase for $3 as many items as they can fit in one bag.
The end-of-the-year sale is possible because of the thousands of books the library receives from local residents each year. Those books are either placed directly on library shelves, sold in monthly book sales or are put on a freebie shelf.
