Dr. Anthony Fiorilli announces the opening of his new podiatry office, Mon-mouth Family Foot & Ankle LLC, at 502 Candlewood Commons, Howell. Following graduation from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, Philadelphia, he completed a three-year podiatric surgical residency. Dr. Fiorilli specializes in all aspects of podiatric medicine including sports medicine and wound care, as well as musculoskeletal and nerve surgery of the foot, ankle and lower leg. Jennifer Thoens, the owner of Lake-wood Merry Maids, is celebrating the ninth anniversary of the business.

The Monmouth and Ocean counties franchise has achieved many awards since its founding in May 1996, including being a finalist for the 1999 Dalton Peterson Award of Excellence. This annual award recognizes the top five Merry Maids operations for their leadership, business/financial management, recruitment and people development and customer satisfaction.

Founded in 1979, Merry Maids is the largest home cleaning provider in the nation, providing customized residential cleaning services through more than 900 franchises and branches in the United States and 1,400 franchises worldwide.

Jackson Premium Outlets, Route 537, Jackson, will provide summertime entertainment Aug. 6-7. John Mulrenan will perform a variety of music from oldies to reggae both days from 1-4 p.m. Magician Rob will dazzle spectators with his illusions from noon to 3 p.m. both days.

The Monmouth-Ocean Chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and the Central Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) will co-host a business luncheon and panel discussion Aug. 9. The luncheon will begin at noon in the Grand Ballroom (parking lot A) at Georgian Court University in Lakewood. The topic for the discussion is “Your Company’s Bottom Line.” Panelists for the session will be accountant Steven Bellows and attorney Gerald J. Felt. Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, has named Dr. Margaret M. Mc-Menamin executive vice president, educational/student and outreach services. Prior to joining the college, McMenamin served as vice president of academic and student affairs, and in several other positions at Lehigh Carbon Community College, Pennsylvania. McMenamin is a native of Jackson, and cum laude graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia. Follow-ing graduation, she was a physical therapist at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital, Phil-adelphia. She later worked as a supervisor at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, Allentown, Pa., and during that time, earned her master of science degree in human resources administration.
