Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Ave., Long Branch, will offer “Safe Sitter” for youth age 11-13 July 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The program provides adolescents and teens with the skills to become responsible baby-sitters. Topics include basic care principles, play techniques, and tips for child safety. Attendees receive instruction materials, a program completion certificate and a subscription to “Safe Sitter” magazine. Participants should bring lunch, and a snack will be provided.
