Women Helping Women (WHW) will host its 12th annual “Night at the Races” fundraiser May 2 at the Pegasus restaurant overlooking the Meadowlands racetrack, East Rutherford.
Each year hundreds participate in this event, which includes horse racing, betting, a raffle and buffet.
The money raised will enable this nonprofit agency to continue providing therapeutic and support services for women, teens and young girls in crisis.
Tickets will be available until April 11 at www.whwnj.com. The cost to attend is $75 for WHW members and $85 for nonmembers. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
