Dr. Debra DeMarco of Monroe Chiropractic Care, Jamesburg, will be a guest speaker at 7:30 p.m. on April 16 at Forty One Salon and Spa, 41 E. Railroad Ave., Jamesburg.
The evening, hosted by Maryann Jensen, the spa’s new owner, will include tips for caring for oneself. Gini Mundy of The Well Being, Jamesburg, will offer product information on healthy ways to lose weight. Fiddleheads Restaurant, Jamesburg, will provide healthy food samplings.
Admission is free of charge; however, a donation is requested for the Deacon’s Food Pantry at Jamesburg Presbyterian Church.
