Mr. Gaffey, 54, of East Brunswick, died Sept. 17, 2008, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was a computer technician for Canon, South Brunswick, until 2003. He was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Case Gaffey, in 1993. Surviving are his wife of 18 years, the former Louise Auriemmo; his father, Charles Gaffey of Baldwinsville, N.Y.; two brothers, Clifton and his wife, Kimberly, of Baldwinsville, N.Y., and Charles and his wife Arleen, of Port Charlotte, Fla.; a sister, Susan Merritt, of Baldwinsville, N.Y., and six nieces and nephews. Arrangements were by the Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Cremation was private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Elks Lodge 2180, 74 W.
