Mr. Billerbeck, of Shrewsbury, died Sept. 14, 2008, at home. He resided in Tinton Falls, and Middletown before relocating to Shrewsbury. He was the New York manager for advertising sales at TV Guide, retiring in 1987. Mr. Billerbeck was predeceased by a sister, Doris B. Conover. He is survived by his wife, Enid Mackle Billerbeck; two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Dan Whalen of Rumson, and Carol and Tom Kane of Fair Haven; two sisters, Helen Peace of Vero Beach, Fla., and Betty Burke of Manasquan and Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
