OCEAN GROVE — The Historical Society of Ocean Grove continues its 2009 season of special fundraising events with the popular Memorial Day Weekend Auction May 23, at the Young People’s Temple in Ocean Grove. Preview is at 9 a.m., and the auction will commence at 11 a.m.
Items to be auctioned include: cuckoo and vintage clocks, nuttings, vintage furniture, toys, linens, textiles, vintage children’s books, pottery, Depression glass, dolls, baseball collectibles, tobacco silks, paintings, mirrors, vintage clothing, postcards, box lots of ephemera, and lots of Asbury Park & Ocean Grove collectible memorabilia, other Jersey Shore items and much more.
The Ocean Grove Young People’s Temple is located at the corner of Pilgrim Pathway and McClintock Street across from the Great Auditorium.
