Mayor Jun Choi, the Edison Township Council and the Edison Recreation Department present the following trips throughout the summer:
• July 10, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., N.J. State Park; $23 for admission and transportation fee
• July 14, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Dorney Park; $40 for admission, transportation, one-hour unlimited buffet and free soda all day
• July 22, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Medieval Times; $40 for admission and transportation fee
• July 29, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Hurricane Harbor; $30 for admission and transportation fee for adults, seniors and children over age 2; $10 for children under age 2 and season ticket holders
• July 30, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., N.Y. Mets baseball; $35 for admission and transportation fee
• Aug. 5, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Philadelphia Zoo; $25 for admission and transportation fee
• Aug 12, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Great Adventure; $40 for admission and transportation fee for adults, seniors and children over age 2; $10 for children under age 2 and season ticket holders
• Aug. 19, 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Hershey Park; $40 for admission and transportation fee; each child must be accompanied by an adult
• Aug. 21, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monmouth Race Track; fee to be announced, which would include transportation, admission and unlimited buffet with beverages; adults only
• Aug. 25, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Wildwood; $20 for transportation only; water park and ride tickets available; each child must be accompanied by an adult.
Sign up at any of the 19 playgrounds, the Stelton Community Center, 328 Plainfield Ave., Edison, or the Minnie B. Veal Community Center, 1070 Grove Ave., Edison, daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All trips are subject to change. Tickets are limited and are based on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications are due with the trip and transportation fee.
