Through a grant from the Henry H. Kessler Foundation the local SHRM Chapter, HRMA of Princeton, hosts the Cornell University DBTAC NE’s interactive workshop on how to adopt and implement strategies for employing people with disabilities.
Not the usual ADA compliance pitch, this workshop delivers real life case studies on how businesses overcame issues of customer and employee retention, business growth and gained market share by expanding and shifting their strategic vision.
