The two-part teen program for grades six- 12, “Mardi Gras Mask Madness” will be held at Ocean Township Library, 701 Deal Road, Ocean, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Jan. 23, and 6-7 p.m. Jan. 27. The Long Branch Concordance (LBC) family success center has received a $5,000 grant from The Investors Savings Bank Foundation, Long Branch, to support the LBC’s education and outreach efforts. The Concordance offers educational programs for new parents, including workshops on nutrition, household finances and budgets, and classes on such topics as parent education. The grant will help defray costs for personnel and materials associated with the initiatives.
